    Refund and Cancellation Policy

    1. Cancellations

    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
    • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event date: 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made 14 days or less before the event date: No refund available.

    2. Refund Process

    • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service email.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days from the date of approval.
    • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.

    3. Partial Services

    If only a portion of the booked services were utilized, refunds will be calculated based on the services rendered and any non-refundable costs incurred by FOUR SEASONS EVENTS & ENTERTAINMENT.

    4. Force Majeure

    In case of cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies), we will work with clients to reschedule the event or provide credit for future services.

    5. Changes to Bookings

    Requests for changes to bookings will be accommodated when possible, subject to availability and any price differences.

    We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all new bookings made after the posting date.
